Clean and enjoyable.. One little trash can is NOT ENOUGH for the whole room.. Limited on TV channels a lot Front door needs renewal. Noticed difficulties of handicapped and luggage with no auto open door
Wonderful place to stay. The rooms are very large, clean and comfortable. Excellent hot breakfast and coffee is always free 24 hours. Staff, especially managerMaria are very nice and accommodating with the exception of the male who was on the desk tonight. I was having trouble with the laundry app and went to the desk three times for help. The clerk was not interested in helping as he was too busy leaning on the counter playing with his phone. This was Saturday Nov. 13 around 7:10pm. He was quite rude and he told me to get out (which I did not) after I told him he was lazy as he would not help or even look at the app. Bad last day there after a wonderful stay.
Had to stay 2 nights for business. Very quiet and spacious. Kind staff. Clean and open room Not a bad complimentary breakfast. Very relaxing pool area! Just what I needed for 3 hrs. THANKS A MILLS!
The room itself exceeded expectations. It was clean, smelled pleasant, and was well stocked with clean linens and toiletries. The beds were comfortable and the AC was efficient and quiet. However, the lobby, exterior commons, and pool require cleaning. We had no safety concerns parking our motorcycles overnight and did not experience any disturbances or noise during our stay.
There is a night guest attendant who has the perfect personality and demeanor. I forgot his name but I do know we share the same beautiful outlook on tattoo. Our stay was amazing and would love to refer this location to others.
The room was nice, clean and spacious. The front desk clerk(I should have gotten her name) was awesome...a very kind lady. Her greeting alone was worth 10⭐'s. It's a nice quiet place to stay and if need be, I would stay there again without hesitation. I checked out a day early because my daughter's surgical procedures went well and that process was made simple. Thanks again to the clerk who wished both me and my family well on the way out. May God multiply blessings in her life!
Toilet was a joke. About 12 inches off the ground and very small diameter. Garbage was never picked up during my 4 day stay and coffee was never replaced.
The hotel definitely needs a makeover. Carpets need replacing and the help just are not engaging. The morning breakfast is a lot to be desired with no decaffeinated coffee.
